​Base Plates:

Typically made from 6mm Mild Steel (though can be thicker if requested).  If the posts are sitting on a solid floor the plates tend to be square to spread the load better.  Some are made to fit into the inside the partition wall – it is entirely up to the installer.

Post Size:

Our standard posts are 3mm wall thickness and can be made from the following sections:

• 40x40mm

• 50x50mm

• 60x60mm

• 70x70mm

• 80x80mm

• 90x90mm

• 100x100mm

• 120x120mm

• 150x150mm

 

Thicker wall thicknesses can be used if required.

Deflection Head:

If a post is to run full height a deflection head bracket can be produced allowing for movement.

 

 

Fixings:

We stock an array of fixing to suit any need – please let us know what type you would like, and we would be happy to quote.  We also supply drill bits to suit to fixing specified.

Turnaround & Delivery

 

Turnaround:

Our typical turnaround on an order is a maximum of three working days, but this can vary depending on the quantity and types of posts required.

Delivery:

Our own fleet of vehicles make daily trips to London and the surrounding area.  We have a good relationship with local, national haulers, which will delivery on a next day service from point of despatch.
